DPS Innovations at InPrint 2016 in Milan

On the 15-17th of November, a subsidiary of IQDEMY SA, DPS Innovations company took part in InPrint show, which took place in Milan, in one of the pavilions of a large exhibition ground – Milano Congressi (MiCo).

The InPrint show is a key event in the area of development of industrial solutions for decorative, inkjet, 3D, and other types of machinery for digital printing.

This year the show gathered more than 150 companies from around the world. The main participants were developers of control electronics (GIS, TTP, Amica Systems, DPS), RIP software companies (Caldera, Ergosoft, ColorGate, DevStudio, Onyx); Ink manufacturers (INX Digital, Nazdar, Chimigraf, Fujifilm Dimatix, Afford); Several producers of printhead technologies (Kyocera, Fujifilm, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, XAAR, Toshiba Tec).

DPS Innovations company – is a developer of control electronics, UV LED ink curing lamps, offering a full range of solutions for managing printheads such as Ricoh, Fujifilm Dimatix, Konica Minolta, XAAR, Panasonic, Kyocera, Epson was among the exhibitors at MiCo.

At the show the company was represented by: Mr. Vladislav Mirchev – President, Mr. Jon-Andri Mantel of Mantel Digital – long-term partner of IQDEMY company; team of technical specialists including DPS Technical Director – Mr. Andrey Dyachenko, and Senior Engineer – Mr. Aleksander Bespalov; on the commercial side, Mr. Konstantin Kruk – Business Development Director, Account Managers – Ilya Dobreckiy and Arthur Orlov. DPS Innovations showcased its new technology in the area of single-pass printing, which opens up new opportunities for large-scale industrial projects.

President of DPS Innovations and IQDEMY group of companies – Mr. Vladislav Mirchev said after the show: “The exhibit for us was very productive, many new contacts were established and we also met with many old friends and partners in the industry. Paricipation in the events of such level is not just an opportunity to find potential customers and partners, but also to stay well-informed about the latest trends in the market, see for yourself any new development from your competition and show your place in the world marketplace.”

We had a series of successful meetings with heads of leading technology providers of industrial printheads, such as Konica Minolta – Mr. Hiroyasu Endou, representatives from Fujifilm Dimatix Corporation, Seiko, Panasonic etc. One of the most memorable encounters was with the President of RICOH Printing System America Inc. – Mr. Hiroyuki Kajijama, who shared with us information on the latest products at RICOH. Especially interesting was introduction of new series of printheads with ink circulation on the nozzles. Mr. Kajiyama said - ”we expect that these new printheads will be in high demand for industrial projects such as printing on ceramics, labels, barcodes etc.)”

As a result , important contacts were established, particularly with French company Machines Dubuit, new collaboration agreement was reached with Konica Minolta company (development of software for their new line of products).

This show was neither first, nor last event on the long list of this autumn marathon for DPS. After SGIA Expo 2016, LabelExpo, Tecnargilla, and InPrint in Milano, DPS team went to Seoul, South Korea for KoSign 216, and in the end of 2016 they will also exhibit at ITMA India 2016 in Mumbai , and participate in IMI Digital Textile Conference in Tokyo, Japan.
