Efficient control solution for your textile printing project

Digital printing on textile is one of the most common fields of application of DOD (drop on demand) technology nowadays, and many industry experts forecast that this sphere has great potential for further growth.

DPS Innovations have been suppying digital printing control systems for the textile industry since 2010, specifically concentrating on research and development of solutions for Ricoh printhead family. Our solution ensures support of large number of printheads - up to 42 pieces of Ricoh Gen5, or up to 84 pieces of Gen4 and GH2220. Main features include full control of the waveform, customizable GUI, distant control of equipment if printers are sold on credit, and other cutting edge features. The system easily integrates with mechanical parts of any scanning type inkjet printer.

The control solution developed by DPS Innovations is used in hundreds of textile printers worldwide, and we gained very valuable experience in textile applications. The model range of machines designed by our partners ranges from high-end presses with large number of print heads and hundreds meter per hour productivity, to entry-level printers.

The control system for the latest Ricoh printhead, low-cost GH2220, gives a green light to developers of a variety of affordable digital solutions. We expect that this combination will be in special demand by producers of DTG machines.
